Why i choose civil engineering?

Civil engineering- as the word only suggests, the events of engineering related to the nation.  It is related and focuses to design, construction, and maintenance of public works and structures. These structures must be designed with competence, efficiency, and other economic concerns in mind as well to ensure that they will endure through years of use.
I always wanted to be a civil engineer for just two reasons. Firstly, just to prove the world that a girl can also stand with the boys for construction of these constitutions. Being a girl always tend people to demotivate you about your going “to be career”. Secondly, for the vast development of my native place. It’s a small district and I really want as a civil engineer to provide all water and transportation facilities.

I believe an under-graduate study in civil will prepare me for constructing and designing new concepts to improve our infrastructures. I hope to become an innovator in the field, and I will strive for vast improvements stipulated by the dynamic growth that will be required. I will not only be responsible for designing skyscrapers, irrigation system layouts and transportation infrastructure but also responsible for building a quality of life!

Every morning individuals will awaken in cities that I have designed and will feel safe knowing that the buildings will not collapse, the transportation will be timely, the water will be uncontaminated and the highways will take them to where they desire.

As the years progress, time will not effect my work and repairs will be minimal. I cannot think of anything I would rather do then studying the profession of my dreams hoping to contribute to a nation that has given me so much. This civil Engineering is not only be a career but it’s be my passion. I have dreamt of being a civil engineer as long I can recall. As a child I could not help but marvel at the magnificent skylines populating my distant view and now that my dreams are obtainable, I will do nothing less than perfection to make them come true.

Of course this is all theoretical and quite difficult to obtain but through education anything is possible. And I’m that kind of a girl who makes every impossible thing possible.

=)
